Pocket Cadet offers pilot aptitude practice and personal progress feedback. It is not an official selection assessment, aviation certification, flight instruction or operational navigation tool. Do not use it while operating an aircraft or in any situation where distraction is unsafe.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide information you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the service, access other accounts, interfere with availability, bypass access controls or redistribute app content without permission or a lawful basis.
3. Availability and stored training
Features and availability may vary by version. Online operations require connectivity. Upload training before signing out or changing devices; unsynced records can be lost. We may maintain or update the service and will respect applicable consumer rights.
4. App Store and subscriptions
Current purchasing and offer redemption are not enabled. If paid products become available, Apple’s purchase sheet will show the applicable price, duration and renewal terms before you confirm. Deleting a Pocket Cadet account does not cancel App Store billing. Manage purchases and refund requests through Apple.
5. Privacy and your data
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, service providers, retention and your choices. You may delete your account within the app. Contact us for account or data requests.
6. App licence and your rights
For the App Store app, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies unless a custom licence is supplied for that release. These service terms do not remove non-waivable rights under applicable law. Nothing here guarantees a recruitment outcome or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
